Finning Canada is looking to hire a temporary Customer Account Representative for an 18-month term. The Customer Account Representative is responsible for assisting customers and branch employees with credit account inquiries and requests. This role focuses on the collection of past-due accounts and mitigating risks associated with extending credit through consistent and thorough review of customer accounts. The representative ensures all corporate policies and guidelines are followed throughout credit and collection processes, while delivering a high level of customer service that supports both business and sales strategic objectives. This position is a hybrid role, requiring three days per week in the office at the Edmonton branch, based on business needs. The hourly rate for this role is $22 to $25 per hour.
