As a Customer Account Manager, you will be instrumental in serving as the primary point of contact for customers, promoting Finning and Caterpillar equipment, products, and services in the Northwest Territories. You will manage assigned customer accounts, driving growth in equipment, parts, and service sales through strategic planning and execution. Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities, developing tailored sales and marketing strategies, and coordinating their implementation to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
