Your Role

As a Key Account Manager, after the initial contract is finalized by our sales team, you will be the main contact for our business customer portfolio at FINN (fleet size 10-200 vehicles). You will have a significant impact on the satisfaction of our corporate customers, which is expressed in them renewing contracts for expiring subscriptions and purchasing additional vehicles from us. Generating this organic growth is an essential part of our (B2B) strategy.

Your Goals

  • Build Market and Product Expertise: You will become a market and product expert for the corporate fleet market and our FINN offer. You understand the needs of our customers and know the opportunities our product offers.
  • Support Existing Customers: You ensure an outstanding customer experience for our business customers. In close collaboration with the B2B team, you ensure that customers are satisfied and renew existing subscriptions or make new ones.
  • Develop Accounts: You drive the growth of our existing B2B accounts. With a proactive sales strategy, tailored offers, and excellent support at all levels, you ensure that customers cover additional vehicle needs through FINN.
  • Improve Processes: You identify optimization potentials and help improve existing processes or establish new ones. This way, you sustainably increase the efficiency, quality, and impact of our work.

Your Profile

  • You have successfully completed your (bachelor's) degree or a comparable qualification.
  • You bring experience in customer service, consulting, or sales/key account management – ideally in the mid-market sector.
  • You are a communication talent, convince on all levels, and build trusting relationships with customers.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking is in your blood: You develop individual solutions with customers and recognize business opportunities early.
  • Structure, organization, and an eye for improvements characterize you – you question processes and efficiently design workflows.
  • You are results-oriented, strong in negotiations, and enjoy taking responsibility for your area.
  • You confidently work with CRM systems and actively use data to strategically manage your accounts.
  • You speak fluent German and proficient English.

€55,000 - €85,000 a year The target salary for this position (Level 1 - Level 3) is between €55,000 and €85,000 per year at 100% target achievement. This amount consists of a fixed base salary and an uncapped commission. Additionally, you benefit from virtual shares in the company's success (VSOP - Virtual Stock Option Plan). Your individual classification within this range will be determined during the application process and will depend on your experience, qualifications, and specific expertise. The mentioned range corresponds to our current planning at the time of publication; we reserve the right to make future adjustments based on market developments.
