Your Role

As Team Lead Enterprise Account Management, you will take on a key position in the establishment and further development of our Enterprise area – fleets with sizes of 200 vehicles and above, our largest and most strategically important accounts. You will build a team from scratch — a rare opportunity to set standards from day one, shape structures and at the same time work operationally with the most important customers. In short: you will shape something that will last.

Your Goals

  • Scale Growth: Together with your team, ensure organic growth of the largest accounts – through forward-looking account management, strategic consulting, and tailored offers.
  • Shape Structures: Recognize improvement potentials in processes, tools, and interfaces – and drive their optimization to lay the foundation for scaling the enterprise area.

Your Profile

  • Leadership-driven personality with proven experience in building and developing account management or sales teams – who knows how to motivate people to achieve top performance.
  • Experienced Account Manager who not only cares for enterprise accounts but strategically expands them – and convinces internally and externally on all levels.
  • Entrepreneurial thinker who uses KPIs not as a control instrument but as a compass – and has the ambition to exceed set goals together with the team.
  • Structured doer who constructively questions existing processes, brings in new impulses, and actively develops the enterprise area.
  • Completed (bachelor) degree or comparable education – and the experience that shows what you have made of it.
  • Fluent German and confident English – no problem for you.
