As an Enterprise Account Manager, after handover by our sales team, you are the contact person for our business customer portfolio at FINN (fleet size 200+ vehicles). You have a significant influence on the satisfaction of our corporate customers, which is expressed in them concluding follow-up contracts for expiring subscriptions and purchasing additional vehicles from us. The generation of this organic growth is an essential part of our (Enterprise) strategy.

Know the market and our product: You build in-depth knowledge about the corporate fleet market and our B2B offer and become the first point of contact for our business customers.

Ensure an excellent customer experience: You take responsibility for the care of our existing business customer portfolio. Together with the B2B team, you ensure that our customers are completely satisfied and guide them to follow-up contracts for expiring subscriptions.

Increase the accounts of our existing customers: Your focus is on the organic growth of our existing customers. With tailored offers, a forward-looking sales approach, and personal care, you ensure that additional vehicle needs are covered with FINN.

Actively shape our processes: You recognize potential for improvement in our processes, drive new solutions, and help improve existing processes. Thus, you support us in making our work more efficient and effective.

Dein Profil

You have successfully completed your (bachelor's) degree or vocational training.

Experience in the care, consultation, and expansion of enterprise accounts.

You are accustomed to working with classic sales KPIs and commit to exceeding your goals.

You are a communication talent and convince on different levels through your excellent argumentation and networking skills.

Your entrepreneurial thinking makes you a competent contact person who works with potential customers to develop solutions together.

You are structured and question existing processes.

You speak fluent German and confident English.
