Your Role
As a customer advisor in vehicle coordination, you ensure that our customers are always safe on the road and quickly mobile again in the event of damage. You coordinate all processes for a smooth operation, ensuring our "carefree" experience is guaranteed. In direct customer contact, you ensure that we achieve this and contribute your ideas to make FINN better every day.

Your Goals
- Keep Our Customers Mobile: In case of incidents, you support our customers and coordinate with our damage management partner to ensure that damages or vehicle breakdowns are quickly and easily resolved.
- Support the Processing of Our Processes: You coordinate the fleet and are responsible for important tasks in the background, including the management of returns and final settlements. You also ensure that maintenance and inspection dates of the cars are adhered to and documented.
- Find Solutions Independently and in the Team: In contact with customers, you learn best what is important to them. You find solutions and bring in ideas on how to ideally automate cases. In the team, you make our processes fit for rapid growth and ensure that we reliably support our customers even with increasing fleet size.
Your Profile
- You have already gained initial experience in direct customer contact, for example as a service assistant or in customer service in the automotive sector or in another industry.
- You have a completed education and ideally initial experience in the automotive industry, whether in a car dealership, in a car workshop, or in a corporation. Also, newcomers with an enthusiasm for vehicles are welcome!
- Initial experience in operational customer support with a ticket system (e.g., ZenDesk) is advantageous, but not mandatory.
- You are motivated to face new challenges and find solutions together with our partners.
- You are structured and detail-oriented and keep an overview even with several cases at the same time.
- You speak fluent German (C2) and good English (B1)
