As a Product Support Analyst Lead, Post Trade Processing, you will support FIS's post-trade processing platform, partnering with global clients to ensure stable, accurate and timely middle- and back-office operations across multiple asset classes. This is a mid to senior level role focused on functional support, issue resolution and client engagement within capital markets post-trade environments.

You will join the Post Trade Processing Client Experience team within FIS Capital Markets, supporting global financial institutions with mission-critical middle and back-office solutions.

What you will be doing:

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 functional support for post-trade processing applications.
  • Analyse, document, and resolve client issues across settlement, accounting, and reconciliations.
  • Manage incidents through ticketing tools and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Communicate clearly with clients and provide regular status updates.
  • Support batch processing, releases, and disaster recovery activities as required.

What you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in capital markets middle/back-office support.
  • Strong understanding of post-trade processing and trade lifecycle.
  • Hands-on Level 1 / Level 2 application support experience.
  • JLPT N2 or above Japanese language proficiency.
  • English communication skills.

Added bonus if you have:

  • Experience with post-trade or securities processing platforms.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Unix, or Oracle.
  • Exposure to release support or client implementations.
