  • Manage and facilitate RFP requests from Wholesale and Institutional clients, liasing with our regional and global colleagues.
  • Support the research function within the Wholesale Sales team by the ongoing maintenance and establishment of research databases and regular and ad-hoc reporting and competitor analysis.
  • Preparation of client reporting needs.
  • Drive process improvements and change within the Client Services team.
  • Explain our products and services, while making sure our clients can get the best out of our tools.
  • Make every conversation, email and letter a positive and helpful experience.

  • Know how to build rapport and communicate with all kinds of people.
  • Have high attention to detail.
  • Can explain often-complicated information in a clear and understandable way.
  • Aren't happy until your customer is.
  • Be a leader and a pro-active member of a small team, bringing thoughts and new ideas to the table particularly in relation to continual process improvements, automation and efficiencies.
  • Are organised, reliable, capable and able to manage deadline-oriented tasks and keep objectives on track.
