The Implementation Project Manager leads projects of various sizes for our existing Defined Benefit clients and acts as the liaison throughout the project duration. Our focus is to lead teams through design, development, and implementation of systems and process solutions to improve client and participant satisfaction.

As part of the Workplace Investing Client Service Operations organization, the Project Manager plays a meaningful role leading a project team and coordinating project efforts with internal business partners such as other groups or products within Implementation, ongoing client service teams, Participant Services, Financial Operations, etc. We also work with external resources, including client staff and third-party vendors.
Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
