This is your opportunity to become a central figure in delivering exceptional client experiences at FE fundinfo. As a Service Consultant based in Brno, you'll be the go-to specialist for data workflows, helping clients optimize their operations and get the most out of our services. You'll work on meaningful projects, collaborate with a dynamic team, and have the chance to grow your expertise in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Your key responsibilities as a Service Consultant will include:

  • Creating and publishing documents on behalf of clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Composing and disseminating regulatory reports to meet compliance standards
  • Providing visibility into data workflows and aligning client expectations with available data
  • Explaining complex data processes clearly and effectively to clients
  • Managing client queries and communications via email, MS Teams, and video meetings
  • Maintaining high-quality process documentation and delivering client projects independently

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Service Consultant:

  • You must have 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role
  • You will be proficient in MS Office, especially Outlook, Teams, and Excel
  • You should have excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • You will be confident, analytical, and able to solve problems independently
  • You must be comfortable hosting meetings and building strong client relationships
