Credit Recovery Manager
Extensive credit recovery experience needed. Manage distressed or delinquent accounts of large, complex operations in primary agriculture production, agribusiness or agri-food.
What you'll do:
- Analyze financial statements and determine realistic, attainable workout options
- Negotiate repayment agreements and loan amendments
- Manage recovery activities on complex and high-risk accounts
- Collaborate with customers, lawyers, creditors and other stakeholders as required throughout the recovery process
- Mentor a team of credit professionals on collections and recovery

- Organized multi-tasker and analytical thinker
What you'll need:
- An undergraduate degree in finance or business and at least seven years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- In-depth understanding of commercial lending and recovery practices, credit legislation, bankruptcy and receivership
