Our client is one of the leading Technology Solutions providers across the Caribbean Region. With offices in most territories, the company can offer robust regional solutions to sectors including finance, government, and retail. Due to growth, they are seeking a proven Sales professional (will consider non-I. T experience) to join the team based in the Bahamas office.
Their primary responsibility will be to meet assigned sales targets by promoting and executing sales strategies for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Solutions within Bahamas, through consultation and negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners by performing the following tasks:
Bachelors Degree-level education or equivalent. Experience: 3–5 years in corporate sales with expertise in negotiations at the corporate level. Desired Skills: Excellent time management, customer service, and communication (written and oral). Proficient in MS Office and computer-literate. Strong critical thinking, creativity, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently under pressure and manage diverse responsibilities. Commercial Understanding: Knowledge of sales and marketing operations, technology (hardware and software), and financial impacts of business decisions. Communication & Influencing: Effective verbal and written communication across multicultural and diverse business environments. Ability to influence stakeholders, gain commitment, and achieve objectives.
