FAAC Technologies, leader in the access control automation business with over 3,700 employees across 5 continents, 18 production sites in Europe, 53 commercial branches in major countries, and a network of over 29 countries served by official distributors, is looking to expand its team with a Technical Support and Trainer.

The candidate will join the Installation and Maintenance Service Team to support and train field technicians in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our products, with a particular focus on alarm and access control systems.

Main Activities:

• Internal technical training for technicians and the Customer Service Management team regarding the FAAC product range – COMETA – MAGNETIC
• Active on-site training with ACS on product issues and field training
• Writing of educational materials, technical manuals, and support documentation
• Support in the evaluation and technical training of Certified Service Companies
• Technical collaboration with the Technical Information Service and Training Department for the analysis and resolution of installation problems leading to the release of the CE Declaration of Conformity
• Collaboration with the Installation and Maintenance Service, Customer Service Orders, and Customer Service Management departments for the resolution of installation and/or product repair issues reported by the market
• Analysis and interface with the company's technical offices for the resolution of complex problems and the transfer of technical knowledge

Skills and Requirements Required:

• Previous experience of at least 10-15 years in the security sector, with a particular focus on alarms and access control systems
• Technical Technician's Diploma, preferably with an electrical focus
• Knowledge and management of maintenance contracts, particularly in the banking sector with experience in alarm systems and access control systems
• Excellent ability to interact with different company functions and the ability to adapt to complex and dynamic contexts
• Orientation towards problem solving and the management of technical issues
• Management and organization of internal resources
• Availability for travel for technical support or training activities
