We are looking for the best talent for the position of Auditor Externo Junior, exceptional professionals who contribute to the development and growth of our External Audit area, offering agile and innovative solutions to the needs of each of the companies we work with.

Responsibilities:

1. Planning of the Audit: Participate in the planning of the audit, which includes understanding the client's business, identifying areas of risk, and developing the audit strategy.
2. Execution of Audit Procedures: Perform control tests and substantive tests in the financial and operational areas of the client to validate the accuracy of the financial statements.
3. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of the audit procedures performed and the findings encountered, ensuring compliance with applicable audit standards.
4. Financial Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify unusual trends or significant transactions that require further investigation.
5. Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with the client to obtain necessary information, discuss audit issues, and present recommendations.
6. Team Collaboration: Work in collaboration with the audit team, including coordination with other departments when necessary, to achieve the audit objectives.
7. Preparation of Audit Reports: Contribute to the preparation of audit reports that present the results and conclusions of the audit.
8. Continuous Training: Participate in training and professional development programs to stay updated with audit standards, regulations, and industry best practices.

Technical Skills and Knowledge:

• Education: Be an advanced student, graduate, or degree holder in Public Accounting.
• Accounting knowledge: Understand deeply the accounting principles and practices.
• Knowledge of regulations: Keep up to date with new laws and relevant standards for auditing and accounting.

Interpersonal and Communication Skills:

• Oral and written expression: Communicate clearly and effectively in presentations and written reports.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate and work effectively with colleagues and clients.
• Interpersonal relationships: Ability to deal with people and build trust and credibility.

Management and Organization Skills:

• Goal setting: Ability to set ambitious goals for oneself and for the team.
• Autonomy: Accustomed to following procedures and working with little supervision, dividing work into manageable phases.

Experience and Growth Desires:

• Previous experience: Desirable to have experience in accounting or auditing areas, although it is not exclusive.
• Continuous learning: Desire to learn and grow within the area and in a renowned audit firm.
• Availability: Full-time and willingness to work on-site.
