Job Description
Overview of the Area:
At Experian Software Solutions and Analytics, we help our clients make quick and flexible decisions throughout the Customer Life Cycle with the goal of increasing profitability and achieving better performance management.
Purpose of the Position:
Execute the development and implementation of the solutions sold to our clients, meeting business specifications, ensuring the timely and proper delivery of the solution.
Deliverables:
Responsibilities of the Position:
1. Development
· Interpret and analyze the functional and technical specifications defined by consulting.
· Build technical solutions within the established deadlines, ensuring quality and compliance with deliverables.
· Define the appropriate integration architecture to meet customer requirements.
2. Implementation
· Install and test the developed system on Experian's cloud platform.
· Validate the functional and technical scope for the product acceptance stage by the client.
3. Customer Support
· Provide assistance during the product acceptance period, resolving doubts and incidents to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Second Level Support
· Address queries from the support team, collaborating in the resolution of incidents reported by clients.
5. Installation
· Configure and execute the processes of transition between environments (development, pre-production, and production) in cloud projects.
6. Training
· Design and conduct training on the use and development of the custom system, aimed at clients and internal staff.
7. Presales
· Participate in technical estimates during presales processes, contributing knowledge on feasibility and required effort.
8. Project Planning
· Collaborate in the elaboration of project schedules, ensuring that the assigned times and resources allow for a successful implementation.
Qualifications
Languages: Intermediate to advanced English – spoken and written.
