The Client Implementation Manager is responsible for leading our clients through the successful migration and adoption to an updated product API service, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum value delivery. This role serves as the primary point of contact during the implementation phase, working closely with clients' technical teams and internal stakeholders to manage expectations to deliver the migration on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality.
The role requires a strong understanding of API technologies, data integration, and change management principles. The Client Implementation Manager will translate complex technical requirements into actionable plans, facilitate testing and validation processes, and ensure clients are fully supported throughout the transition.
