IT Support Specialist

We're looking for an IT Support Specialist to be the go-to person for keeping our systems, devices, and networks running smoothly. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years of IT experience who are eager to grow their skills in troubleshooting and remote support.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide first-line technical support to employees, diagnosing and resolving issues related to computer systems, software applications, hardware devices, and network connectivity.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot MacOS and Windows operating systems, peripherals, and common office software.
  • Monitor and maintain network connections, identifying and resolving connectivity issues.
  • Maintain, upgrade, and manage company SaaS tools.
  • Track and manage system/application access, ensuring permissions are updated for new hires and leavers.
  • Reformat laptops, set up workstations, and prepare hardware for new starters or upgrades.
  • Keep accurate documentation of IT tasks, issue resolutions, asset inventories, and software licenses.
  • Stay updated on new technologies and suggest improvements to enhance company IT operations.

What You Need:

  • Fresh graduates in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields are welcome to apply.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of MacOS and Windows operating systems, including their installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
