Within the Customer Service team, we ensure that our customers – including healthcare professionals, patients, partners, and internal colleagues – receive the best possible support at all times. As a Student Assistant (m/f/d) in Customer Service, you will become part of a dynamic, service-oriented team and support us with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks. You will work closely with experienced team members and gain valuable insights into the processes of an international healthcare company. This position is based in the Trier office.

Essential Duties

  • Support the Customer Service team with daily tasks
  • Assist in responding to customer inquiries via email and phone
  • Triage and forward inquiries to the appropriate contacts
  • Help with administrative tasks such as data entry and maintaining customer records
  • Assist in coordinating shipping and logistics processes
  • Perform general organizational tasks to support the team
  • Contribute to upholding internal standards to ensure high-quality service

Minimum Qualifications

  • You are currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in business, life sciences, or a related field
  • Initial experience in customer service, office administration, or support roles is a plus – but not required
  • You are service-oriented and enjoy working with people
  • You are organized, reliable, and take responsibility for your work
  • You are confident in using MS Office
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • You have approx. 16 - 20 hours per week to work as a student trainee
