About the Role

As a NetSuite Technical Specialist at Everfield, you will play a pivotal role in executing and overseeing the successful integration of acquired companies into our organisation.

You will be working on various parts of the data related to financials, working closely with multiple stakeholders at both internal and external levels (across integrations and finance) to ensure we build scalable processes, ensuring that solutions are built in NetSuite for present and future implementations.

You will serve as a core technical expert, collaborating across the ecosystem to build scalable NetSuite solutions that future-proof our processes and directly support Everfield's rapid growth and M&A strategy.

What You Will Do

1. Drive successful end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects, from gathering requirements to configuring, customising, testing, and training.
2. Implementation of the commercial processes for acquired Portfolio Companies: CRM integrations, Billing, and Revenue recognition.
3. Develop and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other business applications, emphasising data accuracy and consistency.
4. Develop custom code using SuiteScript to meet requirements.
5. Building customisations.
6. Be the trusted subject matter expert, providing troubleshooting and support to clients, resolving any system issues or concerns.
7. Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate the integration process and minimise disruption to day-to-day operations.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 7 years of NetSuite functional and technical experience in multi-subsidiary and multi-currency integrations with >100 users.
• Extensive experience implementing commercial SaaS processes: CRM integration, Revenue Recognition, Billing, and Project Time Management.
• Experience with implementing other finance business processes: P2P, R2R, Tax, etc.
• Experience with 3rd party systems integrations into NetSuite.
• SuiteScript 1.0, 2.0., 2.x
• Strong interpersonal skills with people across geographies, functions, and levels of the organisation.
• Strong Project Management skills, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines, measure progress and success and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.
