And now, we’re on the hunt for a Customer Success Manager who thrives on turning new customers into raving fans, guiding them through onboarding, training, and event-day success like the superstar you are.

As our new Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the go-to hero for new customers after they’ve signed on the dotted line. You’ll guide them through onboarding, help them nail their event goals, and keep them smiling every step of the way. Think of yourself as their trusted event tech sherpa.

What you’ll get up to:

  • Manage multiple onboarding and training projects like a boss.
  • Create and deliver tailored plans to help customers smash their event goals.
  • Run online training sessions using our fab Learning Management System.
  • Build relationships that last longer than a 3-day conference.
  • Be the bridge between customer needs and internal teams.
  • Check in regularly to ensure customers stay happy, informed, and ahead of the curve.
  • Spot new sales opportunities and give our Account Managers a high-five (figuratively… or literally, your choice).
  • Travel the globe (or just locally) on occasion for on-site training or event support.

Our role is a hybrid role based out of our new Milton Keynes office at Unity Place, not too far from the train station. Three days a week in the office is the norm!

What you bring to the party:

  • 3+ years in a Customer Success role (bonus points if you’ve worked with SaaS or in events!)
  • A+ communication and organizational skills.
  • A curious mind and a hunger to become an EventsAir pro.
  • A cool, calm, and confident vibe—especially when things get event-ful.
  • The ability to work independently (but always feel part of the team).
  • A sense of urgency, a love of ownership, and a get-it-done attitude.
