Stage Customer Service
Eurofins Biolab is looking for a young graduate or recent university graduate to join the Customer Service department at their Vimodrone (MI) location.
The role, which does not involve laboratory activities, requires specific technical skills that will mainly consist of managing ongoing or planned activities, involving continuous contact (phone, email) with clients in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and related sectors and with internal staff to prepare commercial documents (e.g., offers) and provide technical support. Constant use of LIMS computer systems and English language proficiency is expected.
Qualifications
- Degree in Bioengineering, Biology, CTF or other scientific degrees;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (part of the interview will be held in English);
- Excellent proficiency in computer tools;
- Interest in office work;
- Interest and predisposition to interpersonal relationships;
- Residence in Milan or nearby areas of Vimodrone.
