Eurofins Pharmaceutical Product Testing is a part of the internationally operating Eurofins Biopharma Product Testing division. In our laboratory in Nazareth (Gent), we carry out a wide range of analyses for national and international clients in the (bio)pharmaceutical industry. We test (bio)pharmaceutical raw materials, intermediates, and medicines to ensure they meet the strictest quality standards.

Job Description

As a Key Account Manager, you will be the strategic contact point for our most important clients. You will build sustainable relationships, develop commercial strategies, and lead an enthusiastic sales team. You will be responsible for achieving sales growth, leveraging international collaborations, and further developing our market position.

Your Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing local sales and account plans
• Visiting existing and potential customers
• Leading business review meetings and negotiations
• Coordinating RFP/RFQ processes and contract support
• Collaborating with international Eurofins laboratories to optimally serve clients
• Reporting on sales data, market developments, and commercial performance
• Leading, coaching, and structuring the commercial team
• Actively contributing to the Belgian and European sales strategy
• Identifying new market opportunities and customer needs

Job Requirements

• Master in Life Sciences or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a (Key) Account Manager
• Proven successful sales track record
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical (testing) market
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Leadership talent and organizational insight
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus
