Customer Support Representative

Job Description

What will you do as Customer Support Representative?

As a Customer Support Representative, you will work within the Customer Support team and contribute to providing the best service to Eurofins' customers. Together with your colleagues, you aim to relieve customers and handle incoming questions as well and quickly as possible.

Responsibilities:

  • You make customers happy!
  • Pick up and prioritize incoming questions
  • Related administrative tasks
  • Think about how to better serve the customer

In short: you are the face and voice of Eurofins for the customer and are the first point of contact for the customer, colleagues of Eurofins laboratories, and Sales.

Job Requirements

Who are you?

  • You have at least a HAVO or MBO diploma;
  • Available between 24-40 hours per week;
  • Human interaction gives you energy;
  • Solving problems motivates you;
  • You communicate clearly and listen well naturally;
  • Satisfied customers bring you a smile!
  • You speak good Dutch and English
  • Knowledge of chemistry/related work experience is a plus
