Looking for a pivotal role bridging chemistry and sales? For our locations in Amsterdam and Barneveld, we are immediately seeking a colleague for the department of Customer Support & Project Coördination.

The department of Customer Support acts as the link between our clients both domestically and internationally, the account managers, various laboratories, and our own transport service. You will be the indispensable link between the diverse client segments and the services we provide.

What you will do in this role:

As a member of Customer Support & Project Coördination, you will be responsible for delivering optimal service to (inter)national clients of Eurofins Environment Testing.

Together with your colleagues, you aim to relieve the clients and advise them on various aspects such as the possibilities of our digital portal, our analysis packages, pricing, and our logistics service.

You will also be responsible for handling and addressing all incoming questions and comments, ensuring the timely resolution of complaints, reporting and record-keeping in the CRM system, performing general administrative tasks, and contributing to improvements in the area of Customer Support. You will be able to apply your chemical expertise and analytical thinking to serve as a solid sparring partner for the lab and research opportunities, translating them concretely for our clients.

In summary: you are the face and voice of Eurofins for the client and the first point of contact for the client, various laboratories, and sales throughout the process.

You:

• Have a completed technical (minimum) higher professional education. Life science, (analytical) chemistry, or HLO is preferred but not required;
• Are proficient with Microsoft Office. Familiarity with LIMS (or similar) and experience with CRM is a plus;
• Have commercial insight, know the market in which our clients operate (or wish to learn about it) and strive for the maximum positioning of Eurofins services;
• Have a good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written;
• Recognize yourself in the following description; focused on collaboration, environmentally conscious, proactive, quality-oriented, agile, customer-oriented, stress-resistant, flexible, and communication-skilled.
