Primarily responsible for the ongoing task of general customer service, including sample receiving and support of project management. The Customer Service Representative serves as our customers' primary point of contact within the company.
Key Positions Functions:
High school diploma required, Associate degree preferred. Preferred prior sample management experience. Valid Driver's License. Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; very strong organizational skills. Position may require working off-site at client locations, depending upon customer requirements and business tempo.
General familiarity with overall laboratory services and various regulatory programs is essential to success. Detail oriented; work independently, yet be part of the team; satisfactory technical skills, including logical thinking and deductive reasoning. Handle multiple priorities; professionalism; problem solving; handle medium stress level; organized thinking process; multitask; able to retain large amounts of information.
Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Cary, NC are encouraged to apply.
