Customer Service Representative

EUROAPI is a leading provider of pharmaceutical active ingredients (APIs), which was spun off from Sanofi on May 6, 2022 and listed on EURONEXT with the goal of becoming a global champion for API solutions and CDMO. The company has a wide-ranging portfolio of approximately 200 active ingredients for its "API Solutions" business and its CDMO activities (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization). With more than 150 years of experience in the API market, around 3,350 employees, and a consolidated revenue of approximately one billion euros in 2024, EUROAPI has five production sites and development centers equipped with state-of-the-art technology, all located in Europe (France, Germany, Hungary, and Italy).

We are looking to strengthen our Customer Service Team in Frankfurt with a Customer Service Representative (m/w/d) on a fixed-term contract for 12 months.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the timely shipment of active ingredients produced at the location to Euroapi customers worldwide
  • Early acceptance of orders and order processing in SAP to achieve the customer service level (including order creation, delivery documents, communication with warehouse & customer, …)
  • Processing and forwarding of the daily workload
  • Maintenance and incorporation of prices and conditions from contracts
  • Processing of BTM orders
  • Processing of complaints and returns in SAP
  • Timely coordination of actions, examination of economic viability and availability, coordination of the approval process
  • Cooperation with the sales force, global demand management, global customer service, and external service providers (information/coordination)
  • Support of CDMO customers: regular routines with the customer, first point of contact for all inquiries
  • Contribution to projects
  • Timely dispatch of samples
  • Processing of service invoices for projects

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Training as a pharmaceutical-commercial assistant or a completed commercial qualification
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of the GxP/manufacturing environment and several years of experience in the supply chain with excellent process knowledge
  • Very good IT skills (MS-Office, SAP)
  • Experience as an SAP key user for sales and distribution
  • Analytical skills (evaluations)
  • Training as air security officer, reliability check for air traffic
  • High customer-oriented and service-oriented behavior
  • Responsibility and meticulous work ethic
  • Analytical skills and proficiency with numbers and evaluations
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Professional behavior on the phone
  • Careful and confidential handling of data
  • Flexibility and resilience
  • Team spirit
  • Ability to work independently
  • German and English fluent, French is an advantage
