We are responsible for monitoring and controlling the performance of Customer Services, Etraveli Group's largest department, which includes ~1600 in-house employees and an equal number via outsourcing partners.
In this role, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders, providing financial and strategic support that drives performance and efficiency improvements. You'll have a key role in shaping how the business operates and evolves.
