The Florida Veterinary Referral Center (FVRC) in Estero, FL is hiring full-time or part-time Customer Service Representatives to join our outstanding team!

About Us: If you are interested in becoming part of a collaborative CSR team that is focused on exceptional client communication and care please contact us - we have a spot waiting for you. We want every patient to receive the best medical care possible while communicating effectively with their owners every step of the way. FVRC is a fast-paced specialty/emergency hospital that is continuing to grow. We are in the process of expanding our CSR team to meet the needs of our community - come and grow your career in vet med with us. No overnight CSR shifts. We have a variety of shifts available on weekdays and weekends.

Compensation: Starting at $18/hr based on experience, plus an additional shift differential for nights and weekends!

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to advancing client service skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to engage in active problem-solving
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a veterinary specialty, emergency, or a large high-volume day practice
  • Comfortable with new technologies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities Of A CSR:

  • Work closely with the medical staff facilitating exceptional communication
  • Be the first point of contact for our clients establishing the excellent client care
  • Manage a high call volume and multi-phone line system
  • Process payments, refunds, and cash handling
  • Appropriately record information and maintain medical records
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Embrace the practice's core values, standards of care, mission statement, and practice philosophy
