We are currently seeking a Client Service Representative to join our Client Services team!
In this role you will be the face of CASE for clients as they are checking in for appointments, waiting in the lobby and discharging, and a crucial member of our hospital team.

$19 - $21 based on experience and skills assessment + $$ overnight differentials offered (+ $4.50/hr for any hours between 7pm - 7am)

At CASE, our Compassion Committee works diligently to ensure each patient experiences a stress-free visit. We employ a variety of calming tools and protocols, including separate Feline and Canine ICUs, soothing music, and specialized pheromone products to reduce fear and anxiety. Our dedicated team provides personalized care, monitoring emotional and pain levels to maintain comfort and prevent negative experiences.
