Compensation: $18-27/hr, depending on experience, $4.50 shift differential available after 6pm and on weekends.

Position Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Provide a welcoming environment by greeting clients, assisting with paperwork, and guiding them to amenities.
Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, appointment scheduling, and maintaining records.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the lobby area, including restocking and tidying as needed.
Manage communications and financial processes, such as handling faxes/emails, maintaining the cash drawer, and addressing client concerns.
Engage in team collaboration through meetings, offering ideas for improvement, and demonstrating a positive, proactive attitude — including participating in on-call duties after training.
Requirements:
Customer Service Skills: Exceptional communication, empathy, and professionalism when interacting with clients in person, over the phone, and via email.
Organizational Abilities: Strong multitasking skills to handle scheduling, data entry, and administrative tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to collaborate with staff, contribute to a positive work environment, and stay flexible with on-call duties and evolving clinic needs.
Flexibility to work beyond scheduled hours if necessary. Required to participate in weekend anesthesia on-call and specialty weekend sign up
Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role; fluency in multiple languages a plus.
