Equipment Department Position

ESI was founded as a technical coffee service company in 1989; setting the standard for service quality and customer support in the specialty coffee industry. Our goal is to help our customers serve a high quality and consistently prepared coffee beverage through technical excellence.

The Equipment Department at Espresso Services Inc is responsible for importing, purchasing, distributing, selling, and installing espresso machines and various other pieces of specialty coffee equipment. This position within the Equipment Department will work with and report to the Equipment Sales Operations Manager. It will focus heavily on administrative tasks, data entry, and customer service. This is a full-time position in our Minneapolis office.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Enter purchase orders into our ERP.
• Provide responsive, high-quality customer service to both residential and commercial clients.
• Complete monthly billing and reporting tasks accurately and on schedule.
• Aid in coordinating national equipment installations from our Minneapolis office.
• Facilitate warranty claims and customer support processes.
• Help manage the preventative maintenance program.
• Update pricing information as needed.
• Assist with distributing incoming sales leads to the appropriate team members.
• Create, organize and maintain internal procedural documentation.
• Offer administrative support as directed.
