Job Summary
Responsible for the prioritization, fulfillment, and quality assurance of time-bound ticket-driven requests within the IBX to include: Expedite/Negotiate, Trouble, Smart-hands, Installation/De-installation of Cages/Cabinets/Cross-connects, Power, Cable Containment, Custom Orders and/or Network Support (in some cases).
