The Key Account Manager (KAM) is the ambassador of the company to its strategic clients, responsible for the complete management of the relationship, from the maintenance of the partnership to the identification and leverage of new sales opportunities, upsell and cross-sell. This professional will have a crucial role, especially in the context of Fraud Prevention, acting as a specialist in the offer and adaptation of our security solutions to meet the specific needs and risk challenges of large clients. It is expected that the KAM will build a relationship of trust and be a strategic consultant, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty, while driving profitable account growth.
