Key Account Manager (KAM) - Prevenção à Fraude

The Key Account Manager (KAM) is the ambassador of the company to its strategic clients, responsible for the complete management of the relationship, from the maintenance of the partnership to the identification and leverage of new sales opportunities, upsell and cross-sell. This professional will have a crucial role, especially in the context of Fraud Prevention, acting as a specialist in the offer and adaptation of our security solutions to meet the specific needs and risk challenges of large clients. It is expected that the KAM will build a relationship of trust and be a strategic consultant, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty, while driving profitable account growth.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Consultative Sales of Fraud Solutions: Position the fraud solutions of Equifax BVS as a strategic differential for banks, understanding their pains, challenges and business objectives.
  • Prospecting and Expansion: Identify and prospect new business opportunities within existing accounts, expanding the portfolio of products and services used by banks.
  • Executive Relationship: Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and influencers in target areas.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on fraud market trends, regulations (e.g., Open Banking, LGPD), new technologies, and the competitive landscape, using this information to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work in collaboration with internal teams to ensure the delivery of value propositions aligned with customer needs and excellence in project execution.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Manage the sales pipeline accurately, provide consistent sales forecasts, and regularly report progress to leadership.

Qualifications Needed:

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role, with a history of success in managing strategic accounts.
  • Experience in the Fraud Prevention segment, Risk Management, Digital Security or in companies that provide solutions for this market.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, capable of presenting complex solutions in a comprehensible and convincing way.
  • Negotiation and sales cycle management skills.
  • Capacity to understand client needs/expectations, practice active listening and seek innovative solutions that meet their demands.
  • Analytical capacity for the elaboration of strategic account plans.
  • Ease of interaction and influence with different stakeholders, both internal and external.

Differentials:

  • Experience in closing contracts with large clients (Enterprise).
  • Fluent English – Will be considered an important differential.
