PS Implementation Consultant | Payment Processing - Remote Eligible

Professional Services Consultant

As a Professional Services Consultant on the Payment Processing team, you will work directly with clients to set up, train, and support their bankcard, gift card, and check processing activities. You will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by coordinating across Epicor teams to meet deadlines and client needs. We are seeking applicants with strong communication skills, a sense of urgency, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Schedule setup and training appointments for merchants, aligning with their business requirements and expectations
• Establish reporting and configure system options tailored to each merchant's specific needs
• Identify gaps in bankcard procedures and business practices that may pose financial risks to merchants
• Train clients and their staff on point-of-sale bankcard, gift card, and check verification processes, including reporting and reconciliation
• Create documentation to support client education and promote effective use of Epicor's bankcard features and procedures
• Coordinate with Product Development and Support to resolve technical issues, and communicate client needs to Sales and Project Management
• Track tasks and open issues, complete required reports, and assist in training less experienced personnel

What You Will Likely Bring:

• 2+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
• Knowledge of the Eagle system, especially Eagle Point of Sale, and familiarity with accounting principles (Eagle accounting a plus)
• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
