What is your role going to look like?

  1. Together with team members you will be supporting Italian market
  2. Act as a primary point of contact for our clients and commercial teams
  3. Big part of your day will be order management- receiving, monitoring, and processing customer orders in ERP.
  4. You will also handle complaints or any other requests from our clients.
  5. You can expect receiving requests primarily via email (CRM) or phone.

Job Requirements:

  • Native or business fluent in Italian
  • Fluent in English
  • Customer centric approach
  • Good communication skills (efficient, friendly and positive)
  • Curiosity and drive for continuous improvement
  • Experience or ability to learn CRM and ERP tools
  • Organizational skills and attention to details
