Customer Service Representative

Within the group, Dexis is a dental imaging business, currently looking for a Customer Service Representative.

What Is Your Role Going To Look Like?

As a member of the European team, you will be supporting primarily the French market.

  • Act as a primary point of contact for our distributors.
  • Work with or assist cross-functional departments within the company.
  • Cooperate with the sales team of the related market.
  • Big part of your day will be order management—receiving, monitoring, and processing customer orders in Oracle and SAP.
  • Handle complaints or any other requests from our clients.
  • Receive requests primarily via email (CRM) and occasionally via phone.

Job Requirements

What will you bring?

  • Native or close to native level of French and fluent level of English language.
  • Experience with order management.
  • Customer centric approach.
  • Good communication skills (efficient, friendly, and positive).
  • Curiosity and drive for continuous improvement.
  • Experience or ability to learn CRM and ERP tools.
  • Organizational skills and attention to details.
