We are looking for a Customer Experience Designer to bring our offering to life through sharp, effective, and on-brand visual design.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for a self-starter who can work independently, deliver high-quality design under tight timelines, and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams. You'll work closely with various teams across our business to create visually compelling content that drives customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

- Ensure all assets meet brand standards and are optimized for clarity, conversion, and consistency.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that communicate design ideas effectively.
Customer-Focused Design
- Collaborate with customer success and onboarding teams to design personalized customer launch kits.
- Align assets with customer branding where required.
- Provide visual QA and sign-off for customer-facing assets.
- Maintain high standards of design quality in all externally delivered materials.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Cross-Team Design Support
- Participate in UX and product brainstorming sessions, offering input from a visual and communication perspective.
- Maintain and update design systems and libraries in Figma.
