In 2023, we have already installed over 1000 heat pumps and are on track to increase this number five- to tenfold in 2024.

Job Description
- You are the first point of contact for customers after a successful sales conversation and accompany the customers through the contract signing process.
- If necessary, you support the customer in applying for the subsidy.
- You ensure that our customers are optimally prepared for the further process by building a bond with the customer.
- You ensure that our customer data are always well maintained in the CRM system.
- You guarantee our customers an outstanding experience, inspire them with Enpal, and make them fans.
Qualifications
- You work efficiently, conscientiously, and carefully.
- You are a sympathetic, open, and communicative personality.
- You have a solution-oriented mindset and a serious demeanor on the phone, as well as an expressive voice with which you can inspire others.
- You have experience in telephone consulting and excellent German language skills.
- You offer a self-reliant and organized working style.

- You are performance-oriented and set clear goals to achieve results effectively, but also have a high sense of quality.
