Enertiv digitizes and centralizes all the backend processes necessary to own and operate commercial real estate. The platform leverages static documents, legacy systems, and connected IoT devices to streamline workflows, deliver prescriptive recommendations, and provide unprecedented transparency for every stakeholder from the boardroom to the boiler room. To support this growth, Enertiv is seeking to hire an experienced Account Manager focused exclusively on driving expansion revenue. This individual will manage a portfolio of high-value accounts and be directly responsible for upsells, cross-sells, and commercial growth initiatives. The role will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership to identify and capture new revenue opportunities within existing client portfolios. This position reports directly to the VP of Client Success and can be based remotely within the U.S. This role represents a unique opportunity to join a fast-moving, mission-driven team that's helping decarbonize and modernize the real estate industry.
