Customer Service Associate

$17.00 - $25.50 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position: Customer Service Associate

Location: Seven Bridges Fitness Center - Woodridge, IL

Part time

Hours: Fridays 5-8:15pm

Under general supervision, oversees the Service Desk operations, including, but not limited to member and guest check in/out, phone reception, point of sale transactions, towel distribution and lost and found. Service Desk operations are the central hub of the facility. Collaboratively works with all function of the Fitness Center to provide and maintain timely communication with various departments, insuring optimal customer service and efficient operations.

Requires a High School diploma or equivalent plus one to two years of previous customer service work experience and one to three months on-the-job training.

Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or Red Cross required within 90 days of employment.
