By partnering with clients to supercharge the reimbursement process, EnableComp removes the burden of payment from patients and provider organizations while enabling accelerated cash, higher and more accurate yield, clean AR management, reduced denials, and data-rich performance management.

The VP, Implementation is responsible for overseeing all functions included with new and existing contract/client implementations, client system conversions, relevant internal onboarding initiatives, enhanced solution design, internal enhancement initiatives and general efficiency enhancements. This role will plan, execute, and coordinate onboarding customers into the EnableComp service suite. The VP is responsible for managing an implementation team and ultimately accountable for timelines, deliverables, and client satisfaction. The VP, Implementation will continually analyze existing solution-delivery effectiveness, inter- and intra-departmental efficiencies, and product integration efficiencies existing solutions for internal/external customers and recommend, prioritize, and execute enhancing relevant processes. This role also contributes heavily to internal change management functions and general integration/adoption efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Implementation team, comprised of project managers and analysts, responsible and accountable for all software-based product implementations and service integration activities for new and existing clients
  • Provide leadership and guidance to internal resources and clients for best-possible solution design in a software-based environment, including integration methods with major Health Information Systems and Clearinghouses such as Epic, Soarian, McKesson, Emdeon, Experian and others.
  • Represent the Company's operational expertise and develop and manage executive relationships with the appropriate client representatives while ensuring immediate resolution of client reported issues and other actionable items.
  • Develop and implement processes to plan, track, monitor, and measure the status and effectiveness of the implementation organization, most importantly time to delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure Business Roadmap and objectives are aligned with IT Roadmap by planning needs and objectives from all functional areas including Operations (COO), Sales/Marketing (CSMO), Finance (CFO), and IT (CFO).
  • Build, create, and implement processes that enforce planning, structure, business continuity, scalable operations, and continual improvement in all functional areas VP is responsible and accountable.
  • Continually plan, track, monitor, and measure the status and effectiveness of each area; provide reporting to Sr. Management.
  • Support the Sales & Marketing organization with business development; including pricing determination, proposal generation, and prospect presentations/meetings as needed.
  • Coordinate and manage portfolio of process improvement and technology-based projects that continue to promote increase revenue and cost reduction goals.
  • Research potential new revenue streams for the company and propose next steps around implementing them to management.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field required.
  • PMP preferable, not required.
  • 10+ years experience implementing complex, enterprise software in a software as a service environment, 5+ of which should be in a customer-facing role.
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Regular and predictable attendance.

  • Detail oriented, organized, and have the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of competency.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of client personnel.
  • Proven record of execution to time and budget.
