Implement a dedicated action plan to support sales growth and development, increase market share, and seek new opportunities and clients.
Conduct regular and repeated visits to designated regional clients and business activities, traveling four days a week, considering priorities and objectives, preparing for negotiations, and writing reports on negotiation meetings.
Provide technical consultations to clients, offering technical solution recommendations, cooperating with the Inside Sales team, actively participating in internal meetings, and participating in training, events, fairs, exhibitions, and seminars.
Diversify our portfolio of brands with existing clients in the region to maximize opportunities.
Communication, negotiation, planning, and organization skills; effective presentations.
Knowledge and experience related to technical sales and/or consulting (especially in the field of industrial automation components).
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in sales in industrial automation, machine automation, fluid control, or related process industries.
Engineering studies, preferably in the fields of Automation, Mechanics, Electricity, or Engineering Technology.
