We build solid relationships with our customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that deliver successful results.
About The Role
The Implementation Specialist (IS) works with Program Solution accounts to outline plans for integrating Nursing & Health Education products into their programs. This role identifies key milestones and builds the implementation process into a timeline. The IS collaborates with internal teams and the sales department to deploy resources effectively. Working directly with customers and internal teams, they ensure process timelines and deliverables are met. The Implementation Specialist reports on all projects in progress and provides timely updates to managers and teams. The goal is to leave the customer confidently using Elsevier's digital products and create an ongoing training plan for new faculty.
