Our Portsmouth, NH location is part of a community of studios that is family-owned and operated. We are a busy Elements Massage studio, with over 900+ massage and facial appointments per month, and we're growing fast—now offering therapeutic skincare services as part of our wellness offerings!

What You'll Do:

• Deliver an exceptional experience for every client, every time they walk through our doors.
• Introduce clients to the Elements Wellness Program—a no-hassle membership designed to help them see lasting results.
• Be the welcoming face of hospitality—on the phone and in-studio.
• Ensure client paperwork, check-ins, and payments are handled quickly and accurately.
• Collaborate with Massage Therapists, Estheticians, and Managers to create a seamless and supportive environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Pay: $17/hour
• Commissions: $5–$20 per membership sale
• Bonus opportunities based on studio growth and team milestones
• Medical & dental insurance (for full-time team members – 32+ hours/week)

Schedule & Availability:

We are open 7 days a week, 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM, and are currently hiring for team members with flexibility to work a mix of mornings, evenings, and weekends.
