Key Account Manager

The group brings together the activities of Electrogrup, Nova Power & Gas, Netcity, Direct One, and Wesee, companies active in the field of energy infrastructure and telecommunications projects. Alongside these, E-INFRA has constantly developed and now counts over 1200 employees.

At the present moment, we are looking for a Key Account Manager to join the company Nova Power & Gas, part of the E-INFRA group.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the position of Key Account Manager in the field of electricity and natural gas
  • Solid knowledge about the electricity market and natural gas
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work with high-level clients and develop strong business relationships
  • Result-oriented and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Creativity and the ability to find pragmatic solutions for clients in a constantly evolving environment
  • Advanced knowledge of using information technologies, including CRM
  • Fluent knowledge of the Romanian and English languages, both in writing and speaking

Responsibilities

  • Developing and managing relationships with key business clients in the field of electricity and natural gas
  • Actively identifying and prospecting potential clients, as well as presenting and negotiating commercial offers
  • Building and maintaining a solid network of contacts in the industry
  • Monitoring and improving the satisfaction of key clients, ensuring that their needs are met
  • Close collaboration with the management team and colleagues for implementing sales strategies and increasing market share
  • Monitoring and reporting sales results, identifying growth opportunities, and recommending improvements for sales processes
