The resource sought is a Partnership Key Account Manager, who will be inserted within the Network Directorate with the objective of presiding over business relations with clients of the GDO, DO and Food Retailer.
Principal activities:
- Management of negotiations with Large Food Retailers (GDO, DO and Food Retailer) in order to achieve the profitability objectives shared with the Network Directorate;
- Contribute to consolidate business relations with Large Food Retailers and promote the development of collaboration projects and new opportunities for growth of profitability and competitive advantage in the medium-long term;
- Ensure business development by promoting and integrating the different channels of acceptance of services in the context of the strong push towards digitalization in line with company processes and flows;
- Promote new business models to support profitable growth in the medium-long term in line with the three-year strategic plan Fast Forward;
- Contribute to broaden and consolidate relations with the Key Stakeholders of Large Food Retailers to promote the knowledge of the Edenred Group and the evolution of the package of services offered;
- Participate in the development of the network, where applicable, to respond to the specifications of public and private entities in close collaboration with the Tenders Office and the Commercial Directorates involved;
- Collaborate with all Cross-functional Teams to actively contribute to the improvement and development of processes, the renewal of service proposals and the launch of new solutions;
- Periodically analyze the progress of assigned objectives towards the budget, reporting any corrective actions in case of deviations and actively managing the assigned Merchant portfolio;
- Confront in an open and collaborative manner with all members of the Network Directorate to promote the constant evolution of the function and the relations with all internal BUs.

- At least 4 years in Key Account / National Account / Trade / Business Development with exposure to GDO or complex customers.
- Previous management of regional/national chains or C-level interlocutors (CFO, Owner, Commercial Director)
- Availability for frequent trips to the Northeast and Adriatic
