La risorsa ricercata è un* Credit Support- Mobility che verrà inserit* all'interno dell'area Credit Management della direzione Finance con l'obiettivo di gestire le attività di BackOffice a supporto del Team Crediti.

Principali attività:

• Registrazione e riconciliazione incassi cliente
• Analisi e sistemazione estratti conto customer base
• Gestione Rimborsi
• Customer Service II livello (Finance)
• Supporto attività Team Collection

• Esperienza di almeno 2 anni in ambito Finance e/o Backoffice/Customer Care
• Buona Conoscenza degli strumenti di MS Office
• Buona conoscenza di SAP e/o altri gestionali contabili
• Spiccate capacità relazionali, forte attitudine al problem solving e al team woking, buone capacità analitiche, flessibilità
