As a member on the Client Services team, you'll play a pivotal role by partnering with the Financial Planner providing a high level of customer service to our clients. We are looking for someone with financial services experience to help us deliver outstanding service by building and encouraging the client relationship, as well as performing all related administrative functions. Edelman Financial Engines takes a market-based approach to pay. The expected base salary range for this role nationally is $50,000 - $65,000. However, final base pay will be carefully determined based on several factors, including responsibilities, job-related skills, relevant experience, geographic location, and market conditions. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible for an annual target cash bonus. This role also offers the ability to earn additional cash bonuses for your contributions throughout the year. These bonuses reward you for helping introduce new clients to the firm, supporting strong client relationships, and contributing to your team's growth and performance. Collectively, all of the bonuses are a meaningful portion of the total cash opportunity for this role. Bonus amounts are determined by your individual contributions, your team's results, and, in some cases, the revenue your team generates.
