Customer Service Representative

What you will do:

  • Process incoming calls.
  • Make calls to customers, depending on the volume.
  • Show your interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Operate calls quickly and courteously.
  • Continuously update your knowledge of Ecolab products, accounts, representatives, tools, and dispenser systems.
  • Accurately capture the call while speaking with the client.
  • Process orders, requests, and refer information to our clients.
  • Develop technical and mechanical skills to help clients and field staff with dispenser system problems.

Desired place of residence: State of Mexico / Mexico City

Work location: Cuautitlán Izcalli, State of Mexico

Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:30

Essential requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, technical career in administration or related fields, or incomplete or completed bachelor's degree in administration or related fields.
  • Handling of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook).
  • Handling of SAP.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in:
  • Customer service
  • Order tracking
  • Report preparation
  • High analytical capacity, communication skills, proactive, good service attitude, time management, and work under pressure.

Desired requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of English.
