Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, seeks a Corporate Account Manager to join its industry-leading sales team. You'll be responsible for developing and expanding new and existing corporate accounts in a selected industry. Through outstanding industry knowledge and customer focus, you'll help our customers be more profitable by saving water, energy, and waste.

Training programs are based on your skill level and experience. Topics covered may include technology, product, service, business and industry acumen, direct coaching and mentoring, sales management and leadership, classroom training, and certifications.

What the Role Will Involve:

• Build corporate-level relationships and present new value propositions to clients (high-level corporate engagement within the sector).
• Develop and expand both existing and new national accounts within a designated industry segment.
• Design and implement strategic business plans for national accounts.
• Present value-added products and programs, emphasizing their impact on the client's business.
• Ensure customer service delivery with a strong focus on Nalco Water's value proposition.
• Establish and secure new major corporate-level business accounts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering: Metallurgical Engineering or Chemical Engineering (Mandatory).
• 10 years of technical sales experience (Mandatory).
• 12–15 years of experience in the mining industry, specifically in flotation, water treatment, or specialized chemical sectors (Mandatory).
• Advanced English proficiency (Mandatory).
• Proven success in managing large accounts within the mining industry, with executive-level relationship sales experience (Mandatory).
• Availability to travel within Chile at least one week per month (Mandatory).
• Valid driver's license held for at least 3–4 years (Mandatory).
