Food And Beverage Account Manager

We provide cleaning and sanitation solutions to food, beverage, and dairy manufacturing environments through a dual focus on sales and technical service to new and existing clients. As strong business partners, Ecolab works with clients to develop sanitation plans and programs, evaluate processes and procedures, solve technical problems, and identify and implement operational efficiencies.

Activities:

  • Manage the technical and commercial operation of the assigned site.
  • Lead and coordinate work teams at the plant, ensuring operational, safety, and service compliance.
  • Follow up on services, KPIs, improvement initiatives, and client requirements.
  • Participate in prospecting activities, basic sales management, and budget management.
  • Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and Ecolab guidelines.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Position Details:

  • Candidate must reside in: Monterrey, Nuevo León or nearby locations
  • The route territory will include: Monterrey, Nuevo León
  • Work week and shift: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Requirements:

  • Chemical Engineering, Food Bio-engineering, or related field.
  • 1 year in leadership of work teams, personnel management, and technical and operational management.
  • Basic knowledge in sales, prospecting, budget management, etc.
  • Experience in the brewing industry.
  • Physical requirements:
  • Must be able to access and feel comfortable working in a variety of conditions and be able to perform the essential tasks of the position.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and a physical examination.
  • Desirable to:
  • Have the possibility to sell value-added products to clients.
  • Have aptitude and confidence to deal with large national and multinational clients.
  • General mechanical ability.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
